Terms of Service

Using the service

You may use UnboxChat for lawful business messaging. You must follow the WhatsApp Business Terms and Commerce Policy, and only message people who have agreed to hear from you.

Plans and payments

Plan fees are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Razorpay. WhatsApp conversation charges are billed by Meta directly to your own account and are not part of our fee. Plan limits for team members, contacts and broadcasts apply to your workspace.

Your content

You own your messages, contacts and files. You give us permission to process them only to run the service for you.

Acceptable use

No spam, illegal content, fraud or abuse of the platform. We may suspend a workspace that puts the service, other customers or the WhatsApp number quality at risk.

Availability

We work to keep the service running but depend on Meta and other providers, so we cannot promise uninterrupted access.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Access continues until the end of the paid period. You can export your data before closing the workspace.
